Notice to End My Tenancy.

This form is notice to end your tenancy. In line with the Renters Right Act (RRA) 2025 you must provide two months' notice in line with your rent due date (please refer to your tenancy agreement to ascertain what date this is noting most of our tenancies list it as the 1st). Submitting notice earlier than the rent due date is allowed but it does not entitle you to a two month notice period from that date with the RRA overruling. Once submitted a Lets Live Leeds team member will be in touch to discuss your end of tenancy and to confirm/book your checkout.
